Solution for Next Generation Sequencing and Genome Annotation
Next Gen Sequencing begins to deliver its promises in terms of speed and quality of data produced. One of the current challenges remaining though is the scientist’s capacity to automatically annotate the sequences of interest. BioXpr is offering a complete analysis pipeline for bacterial genome annotation and soon will be in a position to offer similar pipelines for eukaryotic genomes (human, mouse, rats and plants).The customer can either provide BioXpress with its reads or contigs and BioXpr fully annotate the sequences of interest according to the customers requests. The customers can then visualize its results on an internet-based solution. Alternatively the customers can also request from BioXpr either an on-site implementation of the visualization software or the full implementation of the complete pipeline analysis system. BioXpr has teamed-up with the companies BaseClear and DNAVision in 2009 to offer seamless services (from experimentation through to data analysis and interpretation) for high throughput genome sequencing.
